Brother David Gilmore began his ministry at Edgewood Church on September  10, 2007 as our first ever full time Worship Leader and Director of Membership Care.  He joins us after 18 years at Hill Crest Baptist Church in Anniston. 

David was saved as a 9 year old child and in 1975 surrendered to full time christian service.  After growing up at Lakeview Baptist Church in Oxford.  David felt God opening doors into the music ministry.  He began his ministry at West Park Heights Church in Anniston on February 5, 1979.  David has been on staff of a local church every day since.

David has one daughter, Amy Elizabeth born in 1990.

Davids hobbies include JSU Athletics, Nascar, Country and Gospel Music, Nashville, TN and The Grand Ole Opry.
